This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and sell Cellebrite’s digital intelligence hardware and software solutions to State and Local Government clients throughout the Northeast region.
• Identify potential clients and engage with current customers to boost sales of products, solutions, and training services.
• Create strategic account plans that outline sales strategies and support annual revenue goals.
• Recognize new business opportunities, perform competitive analyses, and formulate winning strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships within the territory and with relevant system integrators to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with decision-makers at State and Local Government agencies and involve Cellebrite executives during the sales process.
• Spearhead sales growth and enhance account penetration, especially in under-served accounts, while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Utilize knowledge of State and Local client sales cycles, procurement, and contracting procedures.
• Achieve or surpass sales order booking targets and uphold a solid business opportunity pipeline.
• Provide precise and comprehensive weekly sales forecasts to the sales management team.
• Prepare quotes, present proposals, and conduct weekly in-person meetings with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Cellebrite products, training programs, competitors, and the missions of customer agencies.
• Assist customers in making informed future solution choices based on product roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering, marketing, and senior management for assistance when necessary.
• Foster sales collaboration among resellers, Cellebrite, and end users.
• Suggest new solutions, products, and modifications to existing products.
• Represent Cellebrite products and solutions at trade shows, seminars, and demand-generation events.
• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with customers and partners.
• A minimum of 7 years of Enterprise sales experience, with proven success in selling solutions to law enforcement and public sector agencies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A general background in Information Technology, including familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and storage systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Extensive experience and established connections within targeted State and Local agencies in the region.
• Proven creativity and resourcefulness in developing successful business growth strategies.
• Capability to formulate a strategic sales account plan that aligns with the corporate strategic plan.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all organizational levels and external contacts.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful and effective presentations.
• Willingness to travel 40%-50% as required.
