This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Lead the comprehensive services strategy and support teams while fostering incremental growth in services.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Team to identify opportunities and drive them to successful closure.
• Ensure that customers receive the necessary support coverage and professional services in alignment with expected outcomes.
• Engage with specialist teams to enhance the sales process.
• Partner with Customer Success to boost services adoption.
• Identify and manage opportunities across both new and existing customers and markets.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
• Generate demand for new services that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions during new and renewal pursuits.
• Conduct data analysis to discover opportunities, assess buying propensity, service availability, and unattached products.
• Utilize data to identify customer needs, create forecasts, and establish sales commitments on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Concentrate on upselling Premium Services, Buying Program insertion, Point of Sale, and Uncovered Product Attach during new and renewal processes.
• Collaborate across functions with Account Teams, CX product management, renewals, global services sales, architectures, and portfolio AEs.
• Over 5 years of experience managing end-to-end deal cycles of moderate to high complexity independently.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing and executing account plans for Enterprise Accounts.
• Proven experience in identifying business priorities, buying centers, whitespace, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities.
• Experience in collaborating with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Partners/Alliances, Professional Services, and executive leadership.
• Over 5 years of maintaining CRM opportunity data, including next steps, close dates, deal values, stage progression, and forecast categories.
• Ability to accurately forecast quarterly revenue using an established sales methodology and cadence.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets across new business and existing customers in an assigned territory.
• Capacity to tailor engagement strategies to Champions, Decision Criteria, and Economic Buyers.
• Ability to connect Cisco’s portfolio to enterprise-wide Decision Criteria.
• Skilled in influencing discovery strategies and unlocking customer value through services.
• Ability to develop strategies in alignment with customer expectations and service standards.
• Proficient in designing methodologies for process optimization and forecasting accuracy.
