This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Advocate for Guardant Health's Shield colorectal cancer blood test among primary care healthcare providers.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales objectives through prospecting, relationship development, and the implementation of national sales strategies.
β’ Cultivate provider relationships and secure their commitment to utilize Shield for colorectal and other cancer screenings.
β’ Employ challenger selling techniques to comprehend provider requirements and showcase the product's value.
β’ Train and educate primary care practices on products and the integration of workflows.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to formulate sales strategies and business plans.
β’ Identify business opportunities within the territory and cultivate partnerships with regional and local laboratories.
β’ Broaden outreach and ensure agreements for phlebotomy draws.
β’ Formulate and implement business plans to support the launch of cancer screening technologies.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
β’ Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities to the Commercial Team and leadership.
β’ Deliver high-touch customer service and proactively address issues throughout the sales cycle.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulations while managing projects and meeting deadlines.
β’ At least 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in the healthcare sector (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales), OR a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing healthcare sales experience coupled with direct clinical patient-care experience as a registered nurse or physician assistant.
β’ Demonstrated history of successful sales performance and achievement.
β’ Capability to engage in sales discussions, navigate objections, and align client needs with product solutions.
β’ Strong comprehension of the healthcare provider landscape.
β’ Ability to swiftly grasp and apply technical product knowledge.
β’ Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or comparable platforms.
β’ Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
β’ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
β’ Willingness to travel daily within the designated territory and occasionally nationwide for sales meetings.
β’ Capacity to critically assess and responsibly utilize AI-enabled tools, adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Background screening, including criminal history, is mandatory.
