Account Executive – Quickbooks Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic and challenging sales prompts inspired by real-life situations that sales managers, customers, or business owners may face.

• Create intricate tasks that involve tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and transforming QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline and forecast reports.

• Execute prompts using advanced AI models and conduct manager-level assessments of the results to pinpoint any logical, mathematical, or professional tone errors.

• Design objective scoring rubrics for each task to ensure uniform grading based on pass/fail standards.

• Generate tangible deliverables such as spreadsheets, proposals, and email sequences that exemplify Gold Standard practices for the AI to emulate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations with a demonstrated history of achieving targets.

• 3 to 4 years of practical experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of written English.

• Availability to dedicate 40 hours per week for a high-intensity engagement lasting 2 weeks.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to decompose complex sales processes into clear, verifiable steps.

• Previous experience in AI data annotation or prompt engineering.

• Background in sales coaching or supervising junior representatives (evaluating their work for precision).

• Proficient in spreadsheet modeling and data visualization techniques.
