This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Cultivate and finalize business opportunities with Motive's most significant State, Local, and Education prospects.
• Establish, nurture, and expand new business connections with key influencers within prominent Public Sector accounts.
• Identify, collaborate on, and create account strategies for Public Sector prospects.
• Formulate strategies that deliver optimal value to customers.
• Utilize executive relationships to secure RFP victories and enhance contractual business.
• Oversee intricate Proofs of Concept or Trials.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering teams to address product and security gaps critical for Public Sector success.
• Work alongside the account team and leverage customer analytics and available resources to enhance purchasing decisions.
• Address challenges by pinpointing issues, evaluating the best courses of action, and executing solutions.
• Partner with technical resources to showcase integrations and the advantages of Motive's hardware, software, and partner ecosystem.
• Achieve and surpass ongoing business objectives and revenue targets.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations to provide market-informed business iterations.
• Analyze market trends to offer consultative insights.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise sales targeting the largest Public Sector organizations.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas and rapidly expanding a portfolio of business, supported by data.
• Capability to forge relationships with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through a comprehensive understanding of customer businesses and Motive solutions.
• Track record of working independently with a data-driven approach for short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate key value propositions and handle objections effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Openness to learning and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Applicants must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Candidate location: Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, or Kansas (Utah and Colorado are preferred).
