This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in client services by linking agency initiatives to client needs
• Execute projects that enhance and support the success and profitability of client outputs
• Facilitate daily operations by coordinating with internal service delivery teams and leading communications with clients
• Oversee workflows for designated accounts, ensuring tasks are executed accurately
• Create and uphold account status reports and project timelines
• Contribute to project briefs while keeping clients and teams informed about schedules and upcoming actions
• Manage meeting presentations and the related technology
• Evaluate materials for precision and completeness prior to client delivery, presentations, or final production
• Submit requests for direct cost estimates and secure client approvals
• Keep project files organized
• Act as a daily liaison for clients, conducting status calls and meetings
• Cultivate client relationships and work collaboratively with team leaders
• Assist with agency fees, budgets, approvals, resource distribution, expenditures, time management, billing, and forecasts
• Recognize bottlenecks that could threaten project profitability
• Acquire knowledge of product categories, competitors, essential data sets, client goals, patient/professional audiences, milestones, clinical context, performance metrics, and the competitive environment
• Identify avenues to expand client business and increase billings
• Articulate the agency’s strategic and tactical benefits to clients
• Bachelor’s degree focusing on marketing, communications, or advertising
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience involving direct client interaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Practical experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)
• Preferred: Experience in medical communications or the healthcare sector
• Preferred: Background in drafting SOWs and project briefs
