This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist client services initiatives by linking agency activities with client needs.
• Execute projects that foster the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Facilitate daily operations through effective communication with internal service delivery teams and managing client interactions.
• Oversee workflows for designated accounts, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and punctually.
• Create and maintain account status reports along with project timelines.
• Contribute to project briefs and keep clients and teams informed about schedules and subsequent steps.
• Manage meeting presentations and relevant technology.
• Review all materials for precision and completeness prior to client delivery, presentation, or final production.
• Submit requests for direct cost estimates and secure client approvals.
• Keep project files organized.
• Act as a daily point of contact for clients, leading status calls and meetings.
• Build and nurture client relationships while balancing the needs of the agency and the client.
• Assist in preparing agency fee estimates, budgets, approvals, hour allocations, expenditure records, billing information, budget trackers, and billing forecasts.
• Help streamline work through the agency to achieve profitability targets and identify any bottlenecks.
• Acquire knowledge about product categories, competitors, and key data sets.
• Grasp client objectives, target audiences, milestones, competitive landscapes, clinical backgrounds, and performance metrics.
• Spot opportunities to expand client business and increase billings.
• Articulate the agency's strategic and tactical perspectives to clients.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Experience in direct client engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Practical experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva).
• Preferred: Background in medical communications or healthcare industry.
• Preferred: Experience in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs.
