Account Executive – Online Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Manage the territory of Union County, NJ.

• Identify and execute plans for events and activities within the territory.

• Enhance awareness of online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business.

• Generate inquiries effectively.

• Establish impactful partnerships within the territory.

• Conduct informational presentations and engage in calls and emails.

• Provide guidance to prospective students, families, and partners through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

• Advocate for the GCE mission, promoting student success at Grand Canyon University and fostering institutional growth.

• Work autonomously to achieve ambitious targets.

• Assist prospective students throughout the admissions process.

• Guide students towards successful online learning experiences.

• Offer students a roadmap for success from their application through the completion of their initial classes.

• Travel frequently throughout the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven success in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans, as confirmed by a credit report.

• If in a rehabilitation program, the credit report must reflect current, non-delinquent payments.

• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and through written and telephone correspondence.

• Well-honed listening skills.

• High self-motivation and a drive for success.

• Elevated emotional intelligence and the ability to express empathy.

• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.

• Clean driving record and capability to utilize a personal vehicle.

• Availability for occasional evening and/or weekend events.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Industry-related professional experience is a plus.

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
