This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring that over 75% of opportunities are self-generated through targeted account campaigns, account-based strategies, referrals, and events.
• Conduct full-cycle sales processes from initial meetings through customized product demonstrations, business case presentations, commercial negotiations, and closing deals.
• Create the upmarket sales playbook and define future sales strategies in collaboration with GTM leadership.
• Collaborate with the Product team to address mid-market customer needs.
• Partner with the Marketing team on focused campaigns.
• Work alongside RevOps to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Take ownership of and report on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and progress towards targets.
• A minimum of 75% of the pipeline must be independently sourced.
• At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record working with mid-market accounts at companies with approximately 250–1,000 employees.
• Familiarity with sales cycles lasting between 3 to 6 months.
• Experience in closing deals with an average value ranging from $25K to $75K.
• Strong strategy for account selection and engagement.
• Proficient in managing a modern GTM tech stack and utilizing AI solutions for prospect selection, automation, and data enrichment.
• Regular use of AI to enhance output, with specific examples demonstrating impact.
• Ability to identify customer business needs, engage multiple stakeholders, and present relevant solutions.
• Must already have authorization to work in the home country; Help Scout does not provide visa sponsorship.
