This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary point of contact during renewal periods.
• Facilitate and assist with stewardship meetings, client consultations, renewals, and strategic insurance assessments.
• Coordinate coverage lines beyond Property & Casualty to provide exceptional service.
• Act as the main point of contact for the execution and delivery of insurance programs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on daily service operations.
• Oversee and manage the placement of transaction-related insurance products, including Property & Casualty.
• Collect underwriting submissions, negotiate terms, and implement competitive placement strategies.
• Collaborate with M&A advisors and underwriters to adhere to deal timelines.
• Provide commercial coverage analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in sponsor research, pitch development, new business presentations, and sales strategies.
• Maintain the database of current sponsor and portfolio company clients.
• Research and generate ideas for enhancing sponsor relationships with Producers/Advisors.
• Support Epic and Resource Pro initiatives to enhance client and prospect data accuracy and streamline operations.
• Aid analytical teams in producing accurate and relevant client and prospect reports.
• Foster relationships with both domestic and international insurance markets.
• Keep track of underwriting appetite, capacity trends, and pricing changes.
• Represent the firm at industry events and private equity forums.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; extensive work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A state-specific Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverage lines is essential.
• 7-15 years of pertinent work experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Outstanding organization and project management abilities are needed.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills are crucial.
• Detail-oriented with robust policy review skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).
