This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee all facets of account management for designated institutional accounts.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing sales and market presence.
β’ Foster and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within neurology and urology departments and healthcare systems.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint, prioritize, and act on account opportunities.
β’ Offer strategic and tactical guidance to regional and district teams regarding target accounts.
β’ Counsel sales and marketing management on challenges and prospects within crucial accounts.
β’ Evaluate team learning requirements and facilitate targeted training initiatives.
β’ Formulate annual business plans that encompass goals and objectives across FDA-approved indications.
β’ Identify local opportunities and risks, adjusting business plans as necessary.
β’ Anticipate market and customer shifts and implement proactive strategies.
β’ Examine financial and quantitative data to evaluate profitability and sales impact.
β’ Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to assess and penetrate institutional account drivers.
β’ Deliver account-level analysis, uncover opportunities, and propose actions to boost volume and market share.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.
β’ Manage accounts across teaching hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), VA hospitals, DoD hospitals, and other institutional accounts.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in health science fields or sales, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Alternatively, 8 or more years of Health Science Sales experience, including at least 4 years in pharmaceutical sales, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
β’ Ability to effectively network and partner across various functional areas.
β’ Exceptional organizational, project management, and leadership abilities.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex settings.
β’ Must meet all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain these credentials.
β’ May be required to undergo background checks, drug screenings, provide proof of immunizations/vaccinations, fingerprinting, and acquire specific state or city licenses.
β’ Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company car, truck, or powered material-handling equipment, as applicable.
β’ Travel is necessary 75% of the time.
