This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a territory strategy that targets new logos and expands within existing clients.
• Establish connections with CISOs, CIOs, IT security teams, compliance leaders, and other important decision-makers.
• Position Netwrix as a vital cybersecurity partner.
• Generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, account mapping, expansion strategies, and co-selling with resellers, systems integrators, and distributors.
• Conduct a consultative sales approach linking risk mitigation, compliance, and cost management to business and security results.
• Oversee intricate enterprise opportunities from initial discovery to closure, including pricing, contracts, competitive positioning, and adoption in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid settings.
• Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and channel teams.
• Address customer needs, support adoption and renewal growth, and cultivate customer advocates.
• Remain updated on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain precise forecasts, opportunity plans, activities, risks, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Located in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Over 5 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Demonstrated success in managing existing clients and acquiring new business.
• Experience engaging various organizational levels and handling six- and seven-figure opportunities throughout multi-quarter sales cycles.
• Familiarity with consultative, multi-threaded selling, value-based discussions, and MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or a comparable sales methodology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to clearly articulate complex subjects to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-driven atmosphere.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts, ensuring clear pipeline coverage, stage progression, and closure plans.
• Experience in co-selling with channel partners and influencing partners in enterprise transactions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with information security principles, such as data classification, access management, auditing, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Preferred: Experience in selling to Global 2000 companies or within highly regulated sectors.
• Preferred: Experience using mutual action plans, executive briefings, and C-level value narratives.
