This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the sales of comprehensive cloud data security and data risk management solutions to Cyera’s prospective clients and existing customers.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects and generating pipeline to successfully closing substantial, intricate sales.
• Evaluate customers’ operations, challenges, objectives, and processes.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Engineering to align Cyera’s technology with the pain points of prospects.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and the value they provide to customers.
• Establish clear objectives, precise forecasts, and thorough territory plans.
• Develop and present tailored meetings, outstanding PoVs, and business value presentations on-site with clients.
• Counsel and position CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO-level executives with industry-specific business insights.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with executive customers.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with both new and existing clients.
• Expand Cyera’s influence with alliance and channel partners.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry networking gatherings.
• Foster strong collaborations with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams.
• A results-driven approach with a proven record of exceeding targets when selling large deals in a fast-paced startup setting.
• At least 8 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the cloud/security/data sectors to Fortune 500 companies.
• Skilled in value-based solution selling, emphasizing the delivery of measurable business results.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and a talent for creating innovative solutions that facilitate the sales process.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud security, and data risk management.
• Basic knowledge of diverse data security and compliance frameworks and their implications for business value.
• Must show expertise in implementing a formal sales process.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks and tools for sales forecasting and management.
• Experience thriving in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment, with the capacity to adjust swiftly to evolving situations.
• This position is based in the US.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required, approximately 50% based on the sales cycle.
