Account Executive, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure the maintenance and development of existing hospital clients through exceptional service levels.

• Discover opportunities to introduce additional services and enhance revenue within customer accounts.

• Conduct weekly outbound calls to customers for outreach purposes.

• Perform client care visits to establish long-term partnerships with customers.

• Execute strategic account reviews to evaluate service needs and usage patterns.

• Develop customer-retention strategies in instances where revenue may be declining.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Prepare weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as necessary.

• Engage in sales training and other training programs provided by WMHS.

• Participate in special projects and promotional initiatives under the guidance of the District Sales Manager/Director of Sales.

• Communicate with customers regarding their product and service requirements.

• Build relationships with both current and potential customers within the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with the Service Manager on customer retention, issues, and concerns.

• Discuss service issues with the Service Manager, Operations Manager, and CSRs as required.

• Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must live and work within the United States.

• Must be based in the greater Houston, TX area to meet customer needs.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree focusing on Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent industry experience may be accepted.

• Capability to adhere to WMHS policies, standards, and practices.

• Ability to align with WMHS's Vision, Mission, and Values.

• Willingness to participate in sales training and other training initiatives provided by WMHS.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or a TSA-approved alternative if necessary for business travel or access to federal properties.
