This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential enterprise-level clients.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives, including account planning, account-based marketing (ABM), sales automation campaigns, and enterprise sales methodologies.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences and facilitate successful onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic, technical, and interpersonal matters.
• Maintain organized customer interactions through business discussions, process reviews, onboarding, technical conversations, webinars, and other communications.
• Articulate product value and encourage the adoption of new features and enhancements.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and engage in value-driven client interactions.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including escalations and key touchpoints.
• Collect client feedback and suggestions to inform product improvements.
• Exhibit thought leadership and foster customer advocacy.
• Produce client-facing support documents, FAQs, release notes, and webinar materials.
• Record and categorize client interactions.
• Complete orientation, set up one-on-one meetings with management, engage with cross-functional stakeholders, introduce yourself to accounts, observe peer calls, and create a 30/60/90-day plan.
• Acquire knowledge of Flosum products, internal tools, and processes; work alongside Business Development on account prospecting.
• Achieve or surpass quota targets, fulfill annual plan objectives, operate autonomously, and assist in the onboarding and training of new Account Executives.
• Over 5 years of experience in generating revenue within Enterprise customer accounts.
• Proven track record of selling to technical decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating with resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), and channel partners.
• Results-oriented technical sales background.
• Knowledge of SaaS Customer Account Management.
• Professional demeanor, organized, self-driven, and dependable.
• Ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Sales certifications and a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed $1 million quotas are considered advantageous qualifications.
• Experience with Salesforce platform support, development, or CyberSecurity is a plus.
• Background in project or product management is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with process design and documentation is a bonus.
• Previous exposure to DevOps solutions is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Strategic Account Planning, Account-Based Sales (ABM), Salesloft / Outreach.io, Enterprise GAP / Value / Solution Sales Methodologies, as well as upsell/cross-sell/nurture/go-to-market/awareness campaigns and growth presentations/proposals.
