This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in existing customer accounts.
• Oversee the renewal process while identifying and securing opportunities to expand Finastra’s presence through additional product offerings.
• Create customized account strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and industry challenges.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Client Services to develop value-driven proposals.
• Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Keep sales pipeline data and account plans updated in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Meet or surpass designated sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Stay informed about Finastra’s offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of Finastra’s comprehensive solution portfolio.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the fintech or enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and closing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Established history of building and managing a sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience in developing account plans and managing complex sales cycles within Financial Institutions.
• Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with sales forecasting methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to solution selling.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with various functional teams and guide virtual account teams toward common goals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for supporting client success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must reside in CT, FL, GA, MA, NJ, NC, NY, SC, PA, or VA.
• Candidates must not currently live in New York City or California.
• Travel may be required up to 35%.
