
Account Executive, Closing Scheduling – Originations Title/Close

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Supervise the scheduling department and oversee team leads.
• Generate morning reports to assess the completed work from the previous day.
• Evaluate team member productivity and conduct meetings with employees who are underperforming.
• Review assigned fees and assess Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Ensure that orders are progressing and that client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled.
• Assist management in monitoring vacation time and tracking employee call-offs.
• Resolve escalated scheduling challenges.
• Support daily team operations as needed.
• Analyze assigned work-in-progress reports to confirm task fulfillment.
• Ensure that employees achieve minimum production and quality standards.
• Assess client activity reports to facilitate efficient operations and enhance client satisfaction.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to manage staffing and production metrics effectively.
• Oversee and engage in the daily functions of several scheduling teams.
• Address workload challenges and implement initiatives for improved efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with client time requirements.
• Maintain and communicate departmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings to discuss operational issues and introduce new policies and procedures.
• Foster relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure effective communication with team members, departments, clients, vendors, and management.
• Uphold departmental profitability in accordance with company guidelines.
• Train, mentor, and assess staff performance.
• Manage and approve payroll for the department.
• Participate in the employee selection process and recommend candidates for team leader roles.
• Evaluate staffing needs and justify requirements to the Director.
• Engage in planning initiatives and enhance employee morale.
• Comply with company policies and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
