This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of revenue expansion across the Air Force TENCAP, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), and the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), which includes the NC3 and Sentinel ICBM programs.
• Achieve or surpass an annual bookings target.
• Create and sustain a qualified sales pipeline with precise CRM forecasting, stages, and closing dates.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for each client, updated at least biannually.
• Establish trusted relationships with program managers, chief engineers, CIOs, J2/J6 teams, and contracting officers.
• Grasp mission requirements and budget allocations to influence opportunities prior to their release.
• Address RFIs and sources sought, and affect requirements through white papers and capability presentations.
• Lead capture on qualified pursuits, encompassing win strategies, customer insights, competitive evaluations, and price-to-win considerations.
• Collaborate with solutions architects and proposal teams on technical methodologies, bill of materials, and pricing strategies.
• Identify and employ suitable contract vehicles, including GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, OTAs, and CSOs.
• Foster teaming relationships with prime contractors and major subcontractors on NC3 and Sentinel initiatives, including Northrop Grumman’s Sentinel team.
• Oversee OEM and technology partner alignment, deal registration, and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Work together with engineering, contracts, finance, and program management teams.
• Incorporate customer feedback into Epoch’s offerings and partnership strategies.
• Represent Epoch at industry days, conferences, and customer events such as AFCEA, Space Symposium, and NC3 forums.
• 8+ years of experience in federal sales or business development, including at least 5 years supporting the Department of the Air Force, combatant commands, or the Intelligence Community.
• Proven track record in leading and securing multi-million-dollar, multi-year federal opportunities.
• Strong comprehension of the federal acquisition lifecycle, PPBE process, and FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Experience in selling technology solutions, such as data infrastructure, storage, networking, computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
• Established connections within relevant Air Force, combatant command, Intelligence Community, NC3/Sentinel, OEM, or federal partner networks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities, including experience in briefing senior military and government officials.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance; an active clearance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience is necessary.
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
• Additional experience with military or government service, classified environments, NC3/nuclear modernization, rapid acquisition programs (OTA/CSO), or SOUTHCOM security cooperation is advantageous.
