This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals, while managing a quota.
• Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving IT, HR, and Operations stakeholders, engaging with individual contributors up to VP and C-suite executives.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the ITSM workflows and pain points faced by prospects.
• Articulate Harmony’s AI automation capabilities as distinct, measurable business value.
• Build and oversee a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups on inbound leads, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the CRM.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue in relation to targets.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, sharing market insights and competitive feedback that shape product strategy and positioning.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales playbook, messaging, and processes as a key member of the go-to-market team.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets while carrying a quota.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—particularly for technical or platform products sold to both business and technical decision-makers.
• Established ability to handle multi-stakeholder sales processes and effectively communicate with both practitioners and senior executives.
• Exceptional skills in discovery, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling, with a knack for converting technical features into business results.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced early-stage environment and is comfortable creating processes rather than following existing ones.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce), including contemporary AI technologies, with a strong focus on pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
• Residing in the Central Region of the United States, ideally in Dallas, Austin, or Chicago.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and conferences is essential.
• Experience in selling ITSM, IT operations, observability, security, or workflow and process automation software.
• Familiarity with AI and automation sectors; knowledge of AI agents, LLM-based automation, or AI applications in IT workflows is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience as an early or founding sales team member in a seed to Series B startup.
• A track record of exceptional performance, such as being part of the President’s Club, top-decile rankings, or rapid promotions.
• Experience selling to IT, DevOps, or IT support organizations and adeptness at navigating their procurement and evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with modern sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g., Gong, Nooks).
