This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive Fleet Adoption: Pursue and secure new business opportunities within both regional and national carrier sectors, concentrating on car-hauling fleets consisting of 5 to over 50 trucks.
β’ Value-Based Selling: Establish Super Dispatch as the essential operational foundation of a carrierβs enterprise, assisting them in identifying higher-paying loads, reducing paperwork, and expediting payments through SuperPay.
β’ Perform Product Demos: Execute energetic and practical demonstrations of our products, including Carrier Desktop TMS and Mobile Driver App.
β’ Objection Handling: Effectively address objections related to software implementation, driver hesitance towards technology, and established habits.
β’ 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the trucking SaaS, fleet management technology, telematics, or digital freight brokerage sectors.
β’ Direct experience in selling to carriers, trucking fleets, or owners of transport businesses.
β’ Understanding of the daily operations faced by car haulers, fleet dispatchers, and owner-operators.
β’ Strong empathy towards small-to-midsize business proprietors.
β’ Excellent presence during phone and video communications.
β’ A proactive 'hustle' mentality.
β’ Proven success in closing quick-cycle, high-volume deals while pursuing larger fleet accounts.
β’ Awareness of the factors necessary to maintain a fleetβs profitability.
