
Account Executive, Card Plastics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
β’ Take ownership of and nurture relationships within a designated portfolio of current clients while acting as a reliable advisor for card plastics, personalization, and digital requirements.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic territory and account plans.
β’ Identify unmet needs and potential for growth by prospecting within assigned client accounts.
β’ Establish connections with C-suite executives, operational leaders, and client representatives.
β’ Leverage client data, order history, inventory trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify upselling, cross-selling, and conversion opportunities.
β’ Lead the sales process from initial discovery through proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
β’ Foster growth through the introduction of new card programs, product enhancements, card redesigns, material modifications, contactless solutions, personalization services, and other value-added offerings.
β’ Collaborate with Relationship Managers, service teams, product teams, operations, inside sales, and other internal departments.
β’ Assist in client retention efforts, coordinate contract renewals, and address potential risks.
β’ Ensure pipeline accuracy, revenue forecasting, documentation of client activities, and updates on CRM opportunities.
β’ Achieve or surpass goals related to growth, renewals, pipeline management, activity levels, and client engagement.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or client relationship roles within the payments or financial services sector.
β’ Proven track record of increasing revenue within existing accounts through consultative selling, prospecting, and both upselling and cross-selling techniques.
β’ Experience in building relationships and effectively communicating with client stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management.
β’ Capability to manage a territory, prioritize a portfolio of accounts, and progress multiple opportunities through the sales cycle.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or military service.
β’ Must possess valid and unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. at present.
β’ Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
β’ Experience in managing and expanding a portfolio of existing clients in card plastics, payments, or financial services.
β’ Familiarity with Fiserv issuer and Output Solutions offerings.
β’ Understanding of card manufacturing, personalization, inventory management, contactless migration, and related industry trends.
β’ Experience in collaborating across relationship management, product, service, operations, and sales support teams.
β’ Proficient in using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and monitor account activities.
β’ Certain positions are eligible for commission.
β’ Travel opportunities of up to 30%.
