Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Generate and pursue leads in both developed and emerging territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the supervision of the sales manager.

• Acquire new accounts with small businesses that have 1–9 employees.

• Offer wireless products, services, and solutions, including pricing plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.

• Assess customer needs and employ solution-based selling strategies.

• Customize customer recommendations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Utilize sales force automation tools and manage the sales pipeline.

• Provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships.

• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers in sales (Preferred).

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred).

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that demands high multitasking abilities.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient negotiating and closing abilities, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
