This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement the account growth strategy for Bruce Power, focusing on increasing pipeline growth, order entries, revenue, margins, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior utility executives, acting as a trusted advisor while pinpointing opportunities that align with customer business goals.
• Oversee account planning, opportunity identification, proposal creation, risk evaluations, and commercial negotiations to secure new business ventures.
• Provide high-level oversight of customer projects to ensure that contractual obligations, quality standards, safety regulations, and delivery targets are met.
• Organize customer engagement initiatives, including executive meetings, alliance reviews, technology days, strategic planning sessions, and account activities.
• Keep precise customer data updated in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Report to the Regional Vice President and assist in fostering strategic growth within the Operating Plant Services portfolio.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in nuclear plant engineering, project management, business development, account management, or similar leadership roles.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic customer relationships within the nuclear power sector or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with commercial proposal creation, contract negotiations, risk assessments, account planning, and customer relationship management systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a Manager/Director level, managing cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and achieving strategic business objectives.
• An advanced degree is considered a plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Bruce Power.
