This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive sales performance within the territory to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth goals.

• Create and implement sales strategies that cater to the clinical, economic, and business demands of both existing and potential accounts.

• Establish and nurture relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key decision-makers in hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician offices.

• Offer product education, demonstrations, and hands-on assistance in patient care environments, including operating rooms and clinics.

• Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely, compliant solutions.

• Assess sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities, generate forecasts, and maintain accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including reimbursement departments, to support clients and reach territory goals.

• Promote the Acera product portfolio and clinically validated wound care solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.

• Travel domestically up to 80%-90% of the time.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while executing assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in the same fields.

• A current, valid Driver’s License.

• A personal vehicle is required for company-related activities.

• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

• Continued compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance prerequisites, and annual policy acknowledgment.

• Previous experience in surgical or biologics fields.

• Capacity to manage field-based time and priorities effectively.

• Excellent, professional communication skills with clinicians and surgical staff.

• Experience in patient care environments such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.

• May need to hold licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
