This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main relationship manager for several accounts within a designated market segment.
β’ Collaborate directly with groups to optimize pharmacy expenditures utilizing Prime's products and services.
β’ Foster alignment between assigned accounts and Prime's strategic objectives and initiatives.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with plan account and pharmacy teams, as well as consultants and brokers.
β’ Maintain comprehensive account knowledge to influence the development and prioritization of strategic plans.
β’ Lead strategic master account plans, ensuring client engagement, satisfaction, compliance with contracts, and measurement of deliverables.
β’ Create internal relationships to advocate for client interests and promote enterprise solutions.
β’ Work in conjunction with the Account Manager to guarantee excellence in member and client service.
β’ Facilitate client meetings, overseeing objectives, participants, preparation, presentations, materials, follow-through, and documentation.
β’ Spearhead strategic consultation efforts to optimize pharmacy spending through renewals and the adoption of Prime products and services.
β’ Inform groups about industry topics, product advancements, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Assist in sales processes, external audits, client presentations, client visits, and health fairs.
β’ Oversee the complete RFP processes for renewing groups and formulate contract renewal project plans.
β’ Evaluate contract language and requirements, standardize terms, and resolve conflicts.
β’ Record account interactions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and next steps in Salesforce CRM.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
β’ A high school diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent GED is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of client service experience, including 2 years in sales and/or account management within the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management sector.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
β’ Knowledge of the healthcare industry with expertise in one or more areas, such as pharmacy trends or health plan benefits.
β’ Proficient in developing, evaluating, and communicating selling strategies, presentations, and proposals.
β’ Capable of facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, building consensus, establishing rapport, collaborating, and influencing across various departments and organizational levels.
β’ Skilled in balancing compliance, business objectives, and competing goals and risks while driving programs and initiatives to successful completion.
β’ Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
β’ Ability to lead multiple complex projects and strategies under pressure and tight deadlines.
β’ Competent in managing complex information and formulating well-reasoned solutions.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
