Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential and current clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications.

• Understand each client's objectives and deliver tailored recommendations.

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and guarantee seamless product implementation.

• Keep precise and comprehensive client information in CRM systems.

• Perform regular check-ins to offer continuous assistance and enhance relationships.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
