This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Spearhead the acquisition of new business, enhance pipeline growth, and increase revenue within 911 Emergency Communications Centers and various Public Safety agencies throughout the territory.
• Manage the complete sales process, encompassing discovery, solution positioning, procurement navigation, and closing deals.
• Devise and implement a strategic territory plan to foster meeting generation, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth.
• Perform outbound prospecting and engage in account-based outreach efforts.
• Provide precise weekly updates on activities, pipeline development, and forecasts.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with 911 directors, supervisors, procurement teams, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Connect with user groups within Public Safety agencies to gain insights into workflows and challenges.
• Sustain and enhance existing customer relationships while creating opportunities for referrals.
• Exhibit NiCE capabilities and communicate unique value propositions compared to competitors.
• Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with Presales/Solutions Engineering.
• Assist in preparing technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and bids, including Scopes of Work.
• Relay customer feedback to Product Management regarding market demands and trends.
• Design and present materials to end users, partners, consultants, and executives.
• Oversee and collaborate with reseller and channel partners.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, Legal, Professional Services, and Customer Support.
• Engage in marketing campaigns, demonstrations, and initiatives aimed at generating demand.
• 3–5+ years of experience in technology sales and/or sales engineering within Public Safety, 911/PSAP, or government sectors.
• Strong comprehension of workflows in Public Safety and Criminal Justice, including processes related to digital evidence.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and closing deals in intricate public-sector procurement environments.
• Familiarity with government purchasing staff, RFPs, bids, and state/federal contracts.
• Consultative sales approach with robust skills in discovery, demonstrations, and presentations.
• High-volume, disciplined sales execution paired with an outstanding work ethic.
• Excellent communication, technical proficiency, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to influence senior decision-makers and build trust among diverse stakeholder groups.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
