This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned client accounts of varying sizes and complexities.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Aid in the development of account strategies by gathering client requirements, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights that align with financial, clinical, and service goals.
• Lead renewal processes by coordinating internal contributions, preparing client documentation, and facilitating informed decision-making through effective listening and needs assessment.
• Establish trusted relationships with client and consultant stakeholders through consistent engagement, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Identify opportunities for additional programs or solutions by assessing client needs and evaluating options in accordance with organizational standards and governance.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing materials, participating in discussions, and aiding in the delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Address client issues by collaborating with internal partners, exercising appropriate judgment, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Enhance negotiation skills by balancing client expectations with company priorities and engaging in discussions with senior client and consultant leaders.
• Utilize company reporting systems, analytical tools, and platforms to assist in account management, performance monitoring, and client communications.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing or supporting client accounts within PBM, health plans, healthcare, or similar benefits environments is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients, brokers, or consultants, including involvement in renewal discussions and strategic meetings is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting or contributing to account planning, renewals, and performance discussions, including exposure to utilization, financial, or service data is necessary.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional client relationships and supporting interactions at the executive level is required.
• Proficiency in using reporting systems, analytics platforms, or company tools to assist in client decision-making is required.
• Experience in Account Management is strongly preferred.
