This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share through focused engagement with commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities in the designated territory.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues by maintaining relationships with existing customers while cultivating new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives.
• Identify, define, and capitalize on market opportunities through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales plans.
• Attain balanced revenue growth from customer accounts and sales channels within the assigned territory.
• Select presentation materials from company-approved resources.
• Deliver large-group and individual presentations to customers and prospects regarding company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve reimbursement challenges for customers in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the company’s reimbursement team to assist physicians in prescribing products and liaising with their billing departments.
• Provide accurate and prompt reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry developments, updates, and local market trends.
• Utilize scientific medical studies to enhance customers’ and prospects’ understanding of company products and tissue offerings.
• Define and implement territory plans to meet current revenue and sales objectives while fostering long-term territory growth.
• Work at customer/clinical sites and/or from the home office.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• BS/BA in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field with 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• OR MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be necessary in certain areas.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and in building relationships that have driven the organization’s growth.
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to engage with all management levels, both internal and external, as well as customers.
• Ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes through perseverance and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities, along with strategic and technical analysis, as well as problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and receiving recognitions.
• Successful track record in meeting sales goals and driving top-line growth, with a history of surpassing sales objectives.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analysis.
• Ability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of relationships with healthcare providers.
• Must comply with customer-site credentialing and registration systems, which necessitate up-to-date vaccinations.
• Must be willing to travel locally and/or long distances within the assigned territory regularly.
