This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Generate new revenue within the B2B framing and custom services sector
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to retention and growth
• Create, implement, and refine scalable sales playbooks
• Enhance CRM practices and embrace new sales technologies
• Develop and execute strategies for hospitality, senior living, multifamily, corporate workplaces, restaurant groups, contract furniture dealers, and the design trade
• Build lasting relationships with art consultants, FF&E/procurement firms, design agencies, and operators
• Discover and secure high-value strategic opportunities in collaboration with leadership
• Represent Artistree at designated industry events and trade shows
• Propel long-cycle opportunities through to final contract execution
• Manage accounts from the initial win to long-term partnerships
• Encourage repeat business and expand accounts across various locations, contacts, and business lines
• Ensure monthly forecast accuracy and oversee order pipelines
• Develop deal structures and pricing strategies while adhering to margin guidelines
• Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and customer data accurately maintained
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to guarantee fulfillment capacity
• Provide a seamless customer experience from quotation to fulfillment
• Work closely with the Director of Commercial Framing and coordinate with manufacturing and support teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in cultivating new business through long-term relationships and strategic account management
• Strong CRM discipline and accuracy in forecasting
• Capability to manage a pipeline within the CRM without dedicated sales operations support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to establish and nurture senior-level relationships over extended periods
• Skill in navigating complex buying processes involving art consultants and FF&E/procurement firms
• Competence in managing opportunities with timelines of 12–24 months and accurately tracking them in the CRM
• Commercial acumen and ability to maintain margin protection
• Self-motivated and adept at developing processes in an ambiguous, greenfield setting
• Willingness to travel 15–30% for client meetings, site visits, and selected industry events
