This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify opportunities for growth within local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care effectively.
• Manage accounts while supporting business development initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Prospect for new clients and enhance penetration across existing client divisions.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Travel to and develop all markets within the designated territory.
• Act as the primary liaison between accounts and the front-end team.
• Formulate strategic growth plans for the assigned territory.
• Meet or surpass monthly quotas established by the sales manager.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Collaborate with operations on patient referrals and acquire additional documentation as needed.
• Uphold Medix Infusion’s patient-first, integrity-focused, and team-oriented standards.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in infusion medication sales.
• Established and transferable book of business.
• Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience making multiple referral calls to medical professionals on a daily basis.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective presentation abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently as part of a team and foster productive and cooperative working relationships.
• Proficient with company email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office products, and company self-service payroll software.
• Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and operate office equipment.
• Sensitivity to cultural and language differences in relation to patient care delivery.
• Basic skills in mathematical computations.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Adherence to the professional and ethical behavior standards of the healthcare industry.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance is required.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable interactions with patients, employees, and vendors.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
