This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities while enhancing engagement across various divisions within current clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Travel to and cultivate all markets within the designated territory.
• Act as the main point of contact between accounts and the front-end team.
• Create strategic growth initiatives for the territory.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets established by the sales manager.
• Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Provide a smooth referral experience.
• Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate patient referrals.
• Collect any additional documentation necessary for referrals.
• Discover growth opportunities within local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate patient care and manage referrals.
• Oversee accounts and bolster business development efforts.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in infusion medication sales.
• A well-established and transferable client portfolio.
• Proficient in cold calling and acquiring new accounts.
• Capability to identify, qualify, and close sales effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in making multiple referral calls to healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
• A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and cultivate productive working relationships.
• Proficient in company email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office applications, and company self-service payroll software.
• Capable of navigating Internet Explorer and operating office equipment.
• Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences as they relate to patient care.
• Basic skills in mathematical computations.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
