This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop a top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and innovative pipeline-generation strategies.
• Manage assigned deals from start to finish, covering everything from initial conversations to discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.
• Cultivate relationships during extended evaluation periods.
• Navigate complex buying committees while forging connections with economic buyers, clinical stakeholders, and technical evaluators.
• Keep an updated CRM pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions and customer onboarding.
• Clearly articulate ROI and the clinical/financial impact to healthcare buyers.
• Respond quickly, eliminate obstacles, and sustain sales momentum.
• Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, or direct experience within value-based care provider organizations (e.g., in clinical operations, quality, or revenue roles before transitioning to sales).
• Documented success in consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a full-cycle sales position.
• Evidence of success in building your own pipeline; this role requires proactive hunting, not merely closing inbound leads.
• Comfort in managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of healthcare and enterprise SaaS transactions.
• Strong skills in discovery, negotiation, and contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear business value.
• An inclination towards action and remarkable responsiveness; personal accountability for keeping deals progressing.
• Prior experience in selling to or working within the risk adjustment technology sector (preferred).
• Familiarity with value-based care economics, HCC coding, RAF scores, or related risk-adjustment methodologies (preferred).
• An established network of relationships within provider groups, ACOs, MSOs, or health plans (preferred).
• Opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• A collaborative and supportive team culture.
• The chance to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
