This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance market presence for Infinidat’s enterprise storage solutions within the Texas region.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities while overseeing and expanding select existing accounts.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with prospects, customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to formulate and implement territory plans.
• Manage intricate sales cycles and align Infinidat’s solutions with customer business and technical needs.
• Travel frequently throughout the designated territory to engage with customers and partners.
• Meet or surpass quota through direct sales and collaboration with business partners.
• Open new enterprise accounts, secure new logos, and broaden opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
• Create proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
• Foster relationships with customers, partners, and within the ecosystem.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and decision-makers.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs with partners and internal teams.
• Ensure customer and partner satisfaction within the territory.
• Position the platform's value and capabilities competitively to secure business.
• Influence both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Employ independent thinking and problem-solving while utilizing internal resources and partner ecosystems.
• 5–10 years of quota-carrying sales experience, particularly in enterprise storage sales and/or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven success in selling enterprise data storage solutions to large organizations and managing intricate sales cycles.
• Strong existing relationships within the assigned territory and an established professional network to create new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated history of opening new accounts, securing new logos, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Proven capability to qualify, develop, and close opportunities by leveraging company resources, partners, and internal teams.
• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce for managing pipelines, forecasting, and customer relationships.
• Preferred experience with EMC, HDS, IBM, HP, NetApp, or other established storage infrastructure vendors or business partners.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Proven success in leading competitive displacement campaigns and utilizing TCO analysis and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
• Experience in collaborating with channel and business partners to deliver solutions and services.
• Strong capacity to influence stakeholders, drive decisions, prioritize opportunities, and meet business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the US.
