This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, in basketball and diamond sports.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of clubs, leagues, tournaments, and organizations.
• Meet and surpass revenue and activity objectives.
• Perform product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business deals.
• Collaborate directly with regional BDRs in key markets.
• Implement the strategy set by the Director of Sales and provide insights to enhance messaging, playbooks, and processes.
• Establish effective outbound prospecting and pipeline-generation practices.
• Ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Provide customer feedback to refine positioning and market strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with club directors, league administrators, coaches, and other key stakeholders.
• Strengthen existing partnerships and boost product usage.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and long-term customer development.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
• Work alongside Business Development on strategic partnerships.
• Relay customer feedback to Product to guide roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to shaping the future direction of the sales organization.
• 3–5+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B or B2B2C sales.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience overseeing an entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to generate leads through proactive outbound strategies.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with substantial responsibility.
• Demonstrated understanding of the diamond sports (baseball/softball) and basketball markets.
• Previous experience in the club sports sector is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must reside in the United States; candidates from AK, DE, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, OK, or SC cannot be considered.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
