This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Updox's cloud-based healthcare software to medical practices, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage in prospecting through calls and webinars, arranging demos, and securing new business contracts.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the product, market dynamics, medical-practice workflows, and customer requirements.
• Shape purchasing decisions through consultative selling techniques and effective negotiation.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and defined performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM and sales technology tools to oversee sales processes.
• Travel as necessary, which may include visits to the corporate headquarters in Denver or other North American locations.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed EverCommerce team across various time zones.
• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, new business sales role within a contemporary SaaS company.
• Some familiarity with the processes, technology stack, and operations of modern medical practices.
• Advanced proficiency with current CRM and other sales technology applications (Salesforce.com, Salesloft/Outreach, Vidyard, Chilipiper, Gong, Docusign, Zuora, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts solely through phone or webinar interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context.
• Proven ability to enhance core business development competencies.
• Strong negotiation skills when dealing with cost-sensitive buyer personas.
• Exceptional organizational and process management abilities.
• Established success in selling SaaS solutions to independent medical provider practices (bonus).
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years of EHR experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role.
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or subscription-based sales models.
• Understanding of the RCM industry and its services.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset with the capability to provide solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• A college degree or equivalent business experience.
