This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Discover new business opportunities and enhance NRI’s market visibility.
• Identify key decision-makers, analyze accounts, evaluate revenue potential, and finalize deals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams.
• Collaborate with Microsoft as an equal during the sales process for major accounts.
• Identify leads and successfully close sales with enterprise clients.
• Comprehend and showcase technical knowledge of Microsoft platform offerings.
• Qualify sales opportunities, establish customer expectations, and manage negotiations.
• Oversee sales processes involving Sales Engineers, Deployment, and Project Managers.
• Engage with key stakeholders and customers effectively.
• Source opportunities, secure sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Broaden NRI’s presence within existing accounts.
• Propose high-level solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Act as a liaison between strategic manufacturer partners and NRI.
• Take part in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Arrange client meetings to ascertain business requirements.
• Provide technical demonstrations of products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct occasional outbound outreach to the partner network via email and phone.
• Preferably possess prior Microsoft sales experience and familiarity with Office 365, EMS, Azure, etc.
• Previous experience in positioning and closing professional services opportunities is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A history of closing at least 5 seven-figure contracts with new accounts is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales goals is preferred.
• Negotiation skills for contracts, deliverables, and pricing are desired.
• Experience holding high-level discussions with C-level executives is an advantage.
• Understanding of cloud computing and its business advantages is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical audiences is desired.
• Excellent presentation abilities are required.
• Experience in information technology and services is preferred.
