This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell designated Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to prospective clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Provide service to clients during their initial year of policy coverage with Pearl.

• Prioritize sales leads from various sources, including the Monthly Sales Funnel, Daily Activity Report, websites, database management, and more.

• Conduct high-volume outreach to customers to promote and sell assigned coverage(s).

• Employ marketing campaigns, advertising, and other promotional strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets within a specified territory.

• Present quotes or estimates, finalize sales, and seek market intelligence when unable to secure a sale.

• Assist in the application and underwriting process with potential clients and the internal underwriting team.

• Send applications, complete them with the necessary forms, and follow up as needed for additional information.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by addressing questions, needs, and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, ideally in the insurance sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or the capability to obtain one).

• Regular use of a personal computer is necessary.

• Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Familiarity with e-storage solutions.

• Competence in utilizing Adobe or Foxit PDF software.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
