Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of various affiliate programs

• Handle communications with affiliates, reporting, recruitment, newsletters, fraud monitoring, and data analysis

• Establish and nurture client and affiliate communications, encompassing newsletters and promotional updates

• Cultivate client and partner relationships while ensuring proactive communication

• Utilize Excel to generate reports, monitor performance, analyze trends, and offer actionable insights

• Take ownership of client tasks, adhere to deadlines, prioritize assignments, and highlight any delays

• Manage numerous affiliate campaigns and portfolios, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and provide support to peers and clients

• Mitigate risks, monitor fraud, and guarantee compliance with program terms and conditions

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance processes and facilitate training

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve account and affiliate issues

• Generate innovative ideas, enhance processes, assume additional account responsibilities, and contribute to relationship development and firm growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is advantageous

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is beneficial

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting capabilities

• Knowledge of HTML is an advantage

• Willingness to travel when required for conferences and team meetings
