This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee client success and growth within a designated portfolio of clients.
• Take ownership of the overall partnership between Ansira and the clients in your portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement team on account planning, scope management, and delivery.
• Assemble subject matter experts to drive account sales growth and expand Ansira’s market presence.
• Influence client strategies through expertise, innovation, and thought leadership.
• Manage a client portfolio that generates between $3M and $7M in annual revenue.
• Identify and oversee sales cycles for growth opportunities within owned accounts.
• Meet account revenue objectives.
• Handle account forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities that align with revenue enhancement goals.
• Lead Ansira teams in recognizing, proposing, and securing sales opportunities.
• Ensure portfolio teams comprehend client objectives and engage in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize agency competency knowledge to support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Help ensure the appropriate team is positioned to achieve account growth targets.
• Partner with Client Engagement on project red flags, escalations, and resolution strategies.
• Assist in gathering information for marketing proposals and internal as well as external presentations.
• Oversee monthly billing processes, budget discrepancies, and accounts receivable for overdue accounts.
• Travel for in-person client visits, key initiatives, business reviews, and strategic planning.
• Report directly to the VP of Client Partnership.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in an agency account management role.
• Experience in consultative selling and/or providing marketing solutions for enterprise brands.
• Proven ability to cultivate senior-level client relationships.
• History of growing accounts and supporting new business initiatives.
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in multitasking, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
• Solid organizational skills, including time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating assertiveness, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, team members, and internal clients.
• Travel required for in-person client visits.
