This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of operational, technical, and financial performance for strategic accounts.
• Ensure the fulfillment of contracted services while achieving and communicating service level compliance.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships to foster growth and renewals within designated solution areas.
• Achieve revenue and margin objectives, maximizing sales opportunities by aligning client needs with Prometric's offerings and solutions.
• Establish business partner relationships with current clients and engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships both vertically and horizontally from the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with Prometric resources and leadership for account development and opportunity advancement.
• Direct contract and pricing negotiations.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Manage account profitability to stimulate revenue growth.
• Maintain comprehensive account knowledge, including client business performance, future strategies, competitor relationships, and additional vendors.
• Work in partnership with Technology, Test Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Minimize client churn and optimize retention within assigned accounts.
• Utilize Prometric’s sales tools, such as Salesforce.com, to oversee accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
• Execute other responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in account management/client services with a proven history of managing complex solutions.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with a focus on project management, time management, and analytical skills.
• Proven success in utilizing project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio), work breakdown structures, and issues management to guide technology-driven projects.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate business progress, issues, challenges, and solutions.
• Experience with testing, assessment, and certification software and solutions will be considered a distinct advantage for candidates.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting to oversee monthly and annual sales performance.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey information—technical or non-technical—to staff members and customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly motivated, organized, willing to travel, able to work independently, and possesses strong team leadership skills.
• Technical or product-oriented program experience is preferred.
• Must have diverse knowledge and experience in the development and operational aspects of products, demonstrating an ability to learn new industries and services.
