This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on target accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account details using people mapping and value pyramids.
• Engage with Fortune 1000 accounts through networking, email outreach, e-marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Assess leads and contacts, converting significant sales opportunities into the pipeline.
• Acquire knowledge about the Workiva platform and effectively communicate its features and benefits to decision-makers and influencers.
• Comprehend global personas in areas such as Financial Transformation, Accounting, Finance, IT, and Sustainability Reporting.
• Drive participation and follow-up for webinars, roadshows, Amplify, conferences, and other events.
• Organize distinctive territory events aimed at generating a qualified pipeline.
• Keep up-to-date with current product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate engagement strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly targets for opportunities, revenue, and activities.
• Engage both existing and potential customers to enhance interest in additional uses of the Wdesk platform.
• Assist in sales-cycle activities, including forecasting, reporting, CRM management, correspondence, and communications.
• An Associate’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Development.
• Experience in a SaaS Sales environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to succeed in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to multitask and handle multiple processes, programs, and procedures concurrently.
• Capability to maintain a high level of activity while managing competing priorities.
• Proven history of creating revenue-generating opportunities and meeting quota targets.
• Proficiency in understanding and promoting technical offerings and solution sets.
• Ability to learn, develop, and apply skills in an online training context.
• Access to reliable internet when working remotely.
