This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct research on target accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account details through people mapping and value pyramids.
• Engage with Fortune 1000 accounts via strategic networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads and contacts to effectively transition valuable sales leads into the pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Acquire knowledge and demonstrate the Workiva platform, articulating its features and benefits to decision-makers and influencers.
• Comprehend global personas in Financial Transformation, Accounting, Finance, IT, and Sustainability Reporting.
• Facilitate attendance at webinars, roadshows, Amplify, conferences, and other events; ensure post-event follow-up.
• Organize unique territory events that generate a Qualified Pipeline.
• Stay informed about current product offerings and market competition.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate engagement strategies for customer and prospect accounts, driving revenue objectives.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly goals for opportunities, revenue, and activity.
• Interact with existing and potential customers to enhance interest in additional uses of the Workiva platform by understanding their initiatives and challenges.
• Assist with sales-cycle processes including forecasting, reporting, CRM management, correspondence, and communication.
• Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Development.
• Prior experience in a SaaS Sales environment is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, exhibiting a professional demeanor.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to multitask and manage various processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to sustain a high level of activity and efficiently handle competing priorities.
• Proven history of generating revenue opportunities and achieving quotas.
• Proven capability to comprehend and successfully advocate for technical offerings and solution sets.
• Competent in learning, developing, and integrating skills in an online training setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
