Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and handle accounts within PAR's internal queue to ensure adherence to the company's service level agreements.

• Assist with incoming inquiries from both internal and external clients.

• Make outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.

• Collaborate with various departments to achieve customer service objectives.

• Gather and deliver clear, precise, and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate tools and procedures.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working independently and efficiently while meeting all internal and external deadlines.

• Proficient in utilizing computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

• Experience with web technologies is preferred.

• Additional experience in the finance or automotive industry is a plus.
