Account Coordinator, Assignments Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze declined assignments in the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor, or assess if a conditional exception applies.

• Uphold a high standard of accuracy and productivity to finalize daily tasks.

• Ensure prompt assignment turnaround in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Allocate and oversee recovery agents as required.

• Act as a liaison between the client and recovery vendor within the designated queue.

• Identify challenges within the queue, facilitate solutions, escalate when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Utilize various computer systems, including the internal operating system, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.

• Carry out additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by PAR Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.

• Proficient office skills are necessary.

• Daily use of Google applications such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets is expected.

• Implement and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
