Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.

• Understand the client’s objectives and suggest appropriate services.

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and in selecting products.

• Record activities in the CRM, monitor follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience.

• High school diploma or college degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven and capable of maintaining organization in a remote environment.

• Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
