Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, or messaging platforms.

• Understand the client’s objectives and suggest appropriate services.

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and aid in product selection.

• Document activities in the CRM, monitor follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven and capable of maintaining organization in a remote work environment.

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
