This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and online platforms

• Identify client objectives and suggest the most suitable services and solutions

• Guide clients on subsequent steps and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Document all outreach efforts and oversee follow-up communication using CRM

• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and guarantee their satisfaction

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Self-assured in client interactions and skilled in guiding individuals toward decisions

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client services is advantageous
