This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with the matrix team to create business plans for Priority Accounts.
• Conduct Portfolio Overviews for Biogen to boost revenue optimization and enhance satisfaction for both providers and patients.
• Provide educational resources to providers through ARM-led and Peer to Peer programs.
• Formulate and oversee the implementation of the regional infusion site strategy.
• Ensure adherence to medical guidelines and site of care policies, including REMS certification.
• Offer education and support related to billing/coding, coverage/payment, and the clinical aspects of MS therapies.
• Manage patient services escalations and address complex reimbursement challenges.
• Initiate and sustain patient access to Biogen therapies within the MS portfolio.
• Analyze business trends and opportunities as part of the Regional Director Leadership Team.
• Lead regional initiatives focused on patient access while collaborating with local field teams and patient services.
• Provide continuous education on services, solutions, and access to the ONE Biogen team.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate and implement tactical plans.
• A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Proven success in field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharmaceutical sales/management.
• Experience in navigating complex accounts and familiarity with FDA mandated REMS programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Understanding of Managed Care and patient privacy regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field (40-80% based on territory geography and requirements).
• A customer-centric approach that prioritizes the needs of patients, payers, and physicians.
• Strong business acumen related to healthcare and reimbursement.
• Awareness of healthcare policy, payers, and market dynamics.
• Capability to deliver compelling presentations, build relationships, and implement influence strategies.
