Academy Professor, French & Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create and conduct live, small group coaching sessions centered around HubSpot tools and their use cases.

• Facilitate multiple interactive coaching sessions each week, tailoring them to the needs and inquiries of the cohort.

• Showcase HubSpot workflows and assist customers in configuring specific solutions within their portals.

• Produce concise educational videos, workbooks, guides, and supplementary materials.

• Design educational experiences that promote product adoption, customer engagement, and sustained usage.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, content creators, the Academy, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams.

• Provide organized customer feedback to Product and leadership teams.

• Accurately log sessions and attendance using Bevy and HubSpot systems.

• Utilize Asana, AirTable, and Google Suite for session planning, content creation, and performance tracking.

• Monitor metrics such as registration, attendance, NPS, CSAT, usage impact, and repeat attendance.

• Refine content and facilitation methods based on feedback and performance data.

• Experiment with innovative coaching formats and share insights with the wider team.

• Report directly to the Manager of HubSpot Academy Education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French, English, and Portuguese.

• Proven experience in leading live training sessions, workshops, or group activities, whether virtually or in-person.

• Outstanding facilitation and communication skills.

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn new features while linking them to customer use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Service workflows.

• Capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to produce well-organized written content for workbooks, guides, and other supporting materials.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements.

• Experience directly working with HubSpot, especially across various Hubs (preferred).

• Experience facilitating sessions for a global customer audience across different time zones (preferred).

• Familiarity with event platforms, scaled programs, or live onboarding (preferred).

• Experience in creating short-form video content or educational resources (preferred).
